I had such a great experience at German Performance Options! Everyone was incredibly nice, but I especially appreciated Jake’s integrity. He wouldn’t even quote my interval service when I called until he verified my VIN and confirmed exactly what my Audi actually needed. Other local shops had thrown out ridiculous numbers for services that weren’t even due yet.

There were no upsells, no surprise charges at pickup, and complete transparency from beginning to end. Connor was also so friendly and welcoming at check-in.
